Event Date: Good Friday – April 18, 2025 Location: Gruene Hall in Historic Gruene at New Braunfels Texas Audience: Families, locals, and visitors (estimated attendance: 1000 people) About Gruene Easter Egg Hunt The 2nd Annual Gruene Easter Egg Hunt is a family-friendly event that brings the community together for a day of fun, tradition, and celebration. The event features a festive Easter egg hunt, the Easter Bunny, emcee Tiffany Mayne of KNBT, face painting, and more in the beautiful, historic Gruene district. We’re offering local and regional businesses the opportunity to become part of this special event through a single, all-inclusive sponsorship package. |
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE - $1500 (MAXIMUM OF 7 SPONSORS)
For a flat rate of $1500, sponsors will receive maximum exposure and involvement in the event with the following benefits:
Onsite Banner:
• Your brand will be prominently featured on a large 5’ x 3’ banner along the perimeter of the egg hunt area.
• You can provide your own artwork or our team can assist with design.
• High foot traffic exposure to over 1000 event attendees.
• Potential for additional exposure through event photography used for future promotion and post-event recaps.
Goodie Bag Opportunity (500 Small Promotional Items):
• Include a small promotional item in the goodie bags given to each child (stickers,
discount coupons, gift certificates, small trinkets, etc.).

Table Opportunity in Gruene Hall Beer Garden (9am to Noon):
• Set up a booth in the Gruene Hall beer garden, directly engaging with event
